Student Registration

Thank you for your interest in Study Buddies at FUNdamentals Go Learning Hub!

Please complete one registration form for each student enrolling in the program.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with your next steps, including access to the 2026–2027 Parent & Student Handbook. A signed Handbook Acknowledgment Form is required before your student's enrollment can be finalized.

An itemized tuition invoice will be emailed within 48 hours of registration. Payment instructions will vary based on your selected payment method (Private Pay or EFA/ClassWallet Direct Pay).

If you are registering multiple children, a separate registration form is required for each student. However, you do not need to repeat the Emergency Contact section for each sibling.
