Cancellation Policy

FUNdamentals Go Tutoring Policies & Agreement We’re excited to partner with you in supporting your child’s academic growth! Please review the following tutoring policies carefully. These guidelines help us maintain a consistent, supportive, and effective learning environment. 1. Scheduling & Flexibility Tutoring sessions are available for K–8 students in math and reading Families may choose sessions once or twice per week based on need. Scheduling is flexible—parents may book sessions as needed instead of being locked into a weekly time. 2. Attendance & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If FUNdamentals Go must cancel, we will provide a make-up session or credit. 3. Payments & Invoicing Invoices are sent electronically and must be paid before or on the day of the session. Payment secures your child’s reserved tutoring slot. Late payments may result in services being temporarily paused. 4. Student Engagement Students should arrive prepared with schoolwork, assignments, or study materials. Tutors will also provide supplemental practice to support learning goals. Students are expected to participate fully during sessions. 5. Parent Communication Parents are encouraged to share academic goals and concerns. Tutors will provide updates on student progress and strategies for continued success. Progress check-ins can be scheduled upon request. 6. Learning Environment Tutoring sessions are held in distraction-free spaces. FUNdamentals Go fosters a safe, encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable making mistakes and building confidence.
